What we can help with

• A figure that no longer matches Candy: an episode count, a token price, a series that has disappeared or a new one we have not listed yet.
• A rating or review you disagree with. Tell us the series and the episode that changed your mind.
• Questions about an image on this site, including rights and removal requests. Please include the page address, the image concerned and who you are writing for.

What we cannot do

We are an independent guide, not Candy’s support desk. We have no access to Candy accounts or payments, so we cannot reset passwords, cancel plans, issue refunds or restore unlocked episodes. For any of that, use the help section inside the Candy app.
