Last updated: September 2026. This page explains what information AI Candy Shorts handles, and the short answer is very little: the site has no user accounts, comments, newsletter or advertising.

Your age confirmation

When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser stores that answer in a first-party cookie called acs_age and in its local storage, so the question is not repeated on every page. It holds a single value and expires after one year. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our server keeps standard technical logs: the page requested, the date and time, your browser’s user agent and your IP address. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, we do not combine them with other data, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.

Analytics and tracking

The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

Links to Candy

Links to Candy include a referral code so that Candy can credit us if you subscribe. Once you arrive on Candy, its own privacy policy and cookies apply. We only see aggregated referral statistics, never who you are.

Your rights

Because we do not build profiles of visitors, there is usually nothing for us to show you or delete. If you believe a log entry relates to you and would like it removed, write to us through the contact page.
