The story so far
A human thief slips into the realm of an elven princess, after a relic. She catches him in the act, and rather than execute him, she decides to keep him. The bond that grows between them is forbidden, and it now endangers her throne, provokes her jealous husband-to-be and puts the whole kingdom at risk.
Proper fantasy stakes
This is one of the more plotted synopses on Candy. It has a heist as the inciting incident, a captor-and-captive dynamic, a rival in the form of the betrothed and stakes that go beyond two people: a crown and a kingdom. That is the vocabulary of a fantasy romance novel, and it gives five short episodes more to hang on than the usual single situation.
The power balance is also worth noting. The princess holds all the cards from the moment she catches him, and the thief’s survival depends on her choice. For viewers who like a dominant royal figure, that is the hook.
Realistic expectations
A kingdom-level conflict is ambitious for a five-parter. Do not expect court intrigue in depth; the betrothed and the threat to the crown are likely to be pressure on the romance rather than full subplots. The synopsis also leaves the relic and the “sunken court” unexplained.

If you want the highest-rated series in the genre with an explicitness score already attached, those are the safer picks.
Verdict
Trespasser of the Sunken Court has one of the richest setups in the catalogue: a thief, a princess who spares him, a jealous rival and a kingdom on the line. Five episodes can only do so much with that, but the premise gives them a lot to work with. It is well worth the two free episodes, and at 36 tokens, likely worth finishing.
