What happens, in outline
Jake is supposed to be watching a friend’s house. Instead he walks straight into Tyler’s mom, wearing nothing but a towel, and she sets a single condition for his stay: he is not to go upstairs. Naturally, he does. What he discovers there flips the situation around, so that his private fantasy becomes her game, and keeping his place in the house now depends on keeping her satisfied.
